Index International AB originates from being a property company formed in 1998 which has today developed into a more diversified investment company. Our diversification is driven by shareholder value focus in combination with a better risk profile.

During the last few years we have expanded our investment segment and geography to include, apart from Real Estate, Equity with investments in Sweden as well as North America. Index International AB owns and manage direct or indirect through partners a portfolio in excess of SEK 1.8 billion.
